Tal Avucat is located on the TOP floor of the property with its own entrance and sun terrace covered with astra turf from side to side. A table and 4 chairs are available for those who wish to sit outside reading or chatting over a few drinks. A kitchenette is available for your own use and it also comes equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle.
The bedroom can be a double or twin as required with en suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a full size bath as well as a stand-up shower and double sinks, a bidet and a toilet.
There is ample space available in the room to take a childs cot. Smoking is not allowed on the property apart from desiignated areas in the garden. Water throughout the house is water softened as well as in the kitchenette with filtered drinking water bottles replaced as consumed.

- Breakfast: English breakfast is included in the rate and is served in one of the two terraces in the garden (depending on the weather) and in winter it is served in the lounge downstairs. Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 am however if an earlier breakfast is required, kindly let us know. We endeavour to provide something different every day for breakfast, incorporating some of our Maltese produce and delicacies.
- Dietary requirements: Kindly advise us of any special food requirements before your arrival so that we can ensure that we can cater for your needs.
